Consequently, there’s been a slowdown in activity, with buyers waiting for new listings to come online before putting their own properties on the market—a classic case of the chicken and egg dilemma, resulting in a scarcity of quality listings.

Recently, we secured a particularly exceptional property in Prahran—a grand historical home—listed for auction online. Recognising its rarity, we wasted no time.
