In the case of this property, we waited until after the auction so that the vendors expectations had lowered and we could secure the property at a more competitive price..

The Result: After several inspections and auctions, we found this perfect property. We inspected it, waited for the right time and then purchased it.  Following settlement, we worked with Buxton Geelong to provide the property management service.
