The Challenge: Being overseas, one of the major challenges was inspecting properties virtually while still providing them with a proper feel for the property. There were specific contractual terms that needed to be met and this meant we had to be ready for detailed negotiations with the vendor. Additionally, they were looking for something new/or renovated in Elwood which often meant we were showing him townhouses when a house was preferrable to them. When we found this almost brand new freestanding house we knew it was the one!
