The Challenge: Our clients budget was lower than the market value of the type of home they were looking for. They had missed out on several properties before coming to us for help. They were essentially looking for a bargain.

The Result: Although a pre-auction offer is often our preference when we think out client may be priced out at auction, it was important to our clients that they had a competitive negotiation to feel confident that they weren’t over paying for the property. Ultimately, the auction day went our way and we were able to secure this magnificent home at auction, for less than our clients approved budget for the property. Needless to say, our clients were thrilled.
