The Result:Working closely with several local real estate agents, we toured numerous homes that didn’t quite meet the mark. During one such visit, this property was suggested. The vendor preferred not to advertise it and was only interested in meeting qualified buyers. We successfully secured this stunning off-market home, located at the bottom of Torpys Lane and perched atop a hill with a beautiful view into a gully.
