The Brief: Our client was an investor wanting to add to an existing portfolio of properties. They recognised that Bendigo represented excellent capital growth and rental return, but they needed help finding the right property in the right part of Bendigo.  They were looking for a low maintenance, newish property in an affordable location.

The Challenge: We purcahsed this property during the lockdown period so our client was unable to inspect the property in person.

The Result:  Infolio were able to share information and video tours of the property to our client to ensure they could confidently secure the property site unseen. After completing the transaction, we assisted in setting up a property management arrangement with the local agent (Infolio doesn’t have a Central Victorian property management arm, but we have great connections with the local providers in the area).
