All maintenance requests must be submitted in writing, email is acceptable however it would be prudent to call your property manager if you have not received a response within 24 hours.

Your request should include information about the problem & its location, if it has been ongoing and how it is best for the trades people to access the property and contact yourself.

What is an urgent repair?

  • Burst Hot Water unit
  • Blocked or broken toilet
  • Flooding or serious flood damage
  • Serious storm or fire damage
  • Serious roof leak
  • Serious gas leak
  • Failure or breakdown of gas, electricity or water supply
