Finding your home

Property rental lists are available from our South Melbourne office and are updated weekly, plus we also have detailed descriptions and photos available on our website.

If the right property is not immediately available please register your details and we can keep you informed if/when other suitable properties become available.

As part of our personal protection plan for our property managers, photo id must be submitted to our office before confirming any private inspections.

Applying for your home

After a personal inspection of a property, in order to apply, an application must be completed to be considered.
When completing the application we require the following pieces of identification;
•    100 points of photo id (including your license or passport)
•    Personal and professional references.
