Lauren Staley

Director & Officer in Effective Control

Lauren has enjoyed over 15 years of experience in property, with extensive experience across property management, residential sales and portfolio strategy.

Lauren was also a director of Agent Assessment – an industry watchdog for property management and sales industry services in Victoria.

A panelist at the Leading Property Managers Conference Australia, Lauren is a Certified Agent’s Representative (CAR) and member of the Real Estate Institute of Victoria (REIV).

Cameron has 14 years working as a real estate agent in the Melbourne market and has gained further industry depth by working as a building surveyor for five years. His knowledge of property from the foundations up provides an intimate understanding of the value and potential of property.

It was this knowledge Cameron used to win coveted awards as a sales agent, helping him execute over 600 sales in areas both north and south of Melbourne.

Brad has a strong experience in client service and business development spanning ten years. As a qualified real estate agent representative, Brad understands the importance of the client relationship. He seeks to build and maintain partnerships which extend beyond the initial project and allow him to act as trusted advisor – possibly for many years.

Brad is a steadfast advocate of property as an investment and takes pleasure in building solid property portfolios for infolio’s suite of clients.

Una McEvoy

Una works as our senior Buyers Advocate, with her background is in marketing and she has almost 15 years experience of working in various marketing roles in industries as diverse as travel, newspaper publishing and financial services. A qualified Real Estate Agents Representative, Una is passionate about property and this makes her perfectly placed to support the infolio sales and marketing team and help grow the infolio client base.

Originally from Ireland, Una has travelled widely and worked internationally. She loves Melbourne and lives with her family in the city’s Inner North.

Erica Rotherham

Erica is a Senior Property Manager with infolio. With over 5 years experience in boutique agencies Erica understands that communication is the key to excellent property management.

Erica’s proactive approach to leasing is proven in her extremely low vacancy rates and her strict approach to rental arrears has left our clients extremely satisfied.

Erica is one of the hardest working Property Managers in Melbourne and both tenants and landlords appreciate her professional, dedicated and efficient approach. Erica is a Certified Agents Representative (CAR) and she has completed Certificate III in Real Estate.
